The terms that govern our engagement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AppliedProductAI website and any engagement with our services. By booking an assessment or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. AppliedProductAI is operated by Chinmoy Rajurkar.
AppliedProductAI provides the AI Workflow Opportunity Assessment — a 2-week consulting engagement that identifies and prioritises AI opportunities within your business. The engagement includes:
The scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing prior to payment. Additional work outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement.
The founding client rate for the AI Workflow Opportunity Assessment is $300 USD, payable in full prior to commencement. Payment confirms your booking and secures your engagement slot. All fees are non-refundable except as set out under the Satisfaction Commitment below.
If the final deliverable does not cover the agreed scope — specifically, a prioritised list of 3–5 AI use cases, a recommended pilot with defined objectives and success metrics, and a written report — we will revise the work until it does. This commitment applies to scope, not to whether you agree with the conclusions.
We treat all business information, workflow details, and operational data shared during an engagement as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to any third party without your written consent.
We may reference that we have worked with clients in a given industry sector (e.g., "a retail business" or "a professional services firm") for the purposes of demonstrating experience, but will not identify you by name without your explicit permission.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the deliverables produced for your engagement — the written report, opportunity matrix, and any supporting materials specific to your business. We retain the right to use and develop the underlying methodology, frameworks, and anonymised learnings from engagements.
AppliedProductAI provides recommendations based on the information available at the time of the engagement. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from decisions you make based on our recommendations, or for any loss of revenue, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fee paid for that engagement.
Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and AppliedProductAI. We operate as an independent contractor.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
